1. In your email request to me please use the subject line 'Requesting Interview [date]'.

2. Please provide a receipt and/or proof of a minimum amount of $100 of musical instruments/equipment/lessons you have donated to a school or religious institution in your area.

3. Everything we talk about has to be available to be read and or heard on my website.

How to contact Kirby to perform a live show

1. In your email request to me please use the subject line 'Live Show Request'

2. In the body of the email please include all relevant details, namely date and location but also include the time, if there will be other performances, if you have a specific song or style (electric or acoustic) you want me to play and finally how long the performance needs to be.
